Sussex Search and Rescue is made up entirely of volunteers who give their time, energy and skills for free to provide this vital service to the local community.

Members come from many different walks of life. However, we all have in common a love of the outdoors and a desire to prevent harm coming to others.

We have asked some of our members to write a little bit about themselves so that you can find out more about our backgrounds, the roles that we fulfill in the Unit and the sort of commitment that membership of the Unit entails. Click on any of the Links below to find out more about each member.
